IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS

We provide clients with bilingual (English and Arabic) in-office and online immigration evaluations. Immigration evaluations are mental health assessments provided by a licensed clinician for an immigration case. 

Immigration Evaluations Play a Key Factor in Deciding Whether:

  1. A client and/or their family can stay in the country. 

  2. An immigrant can escape extreme hardships in their home country.

We work closely with clients and their attorneys to ensure the evaluation captures all critical information to support the case. Evaluations can be conducted in English or Arabic. If the clients speak a different language, a translator can be utilized. Whether in-person or through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, we ensure that evaluations are conducted at the client’s pace in a supportive environment.

Timeline

Immigration evaluations may take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on the case. If evaluations need to be expedited, an extra fee will be applied.
