    Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a supportive space to free yourself from past pain, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a more confident, empowered outlook on life. In our work together, you will learn how to reconnect with yourself, regain a sense of control, and resolve challenges on your own terms. We provide a safe, compassionate environment where you can deeply explore personal or professional struggles and collaboratively develop practical, meaningful solutions.

Some clients find just one or two sessions helpful as a proactive or preventative step, while others choose ongoing therapy after determining what level of support best fits their needs.

    Couples or Family Therapy

Family and couples therapy provides a caring, non-judgmental space to strengthen connections, improve communication, and heal relational wounds. You will learn how to truly see and love each other as you are.

The goal of family and couples therapy is to offer the deepest level of relationship counseling to support healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and ongoing conflict. Some families or couples attend just one or two sessions as a proactive or preventative measure, while others use initial sessions to determine whether ongoing therapy is the best option for them.
